Terms

Last updated: 4 November 2026

The short version: it's a small pig on a web page. Be kind to it, don't try to break the site, and understand that a browser-based toy can be lost if you clear your browser data.

1. What this is

My Pig (pigmustfly.games) is a small interactive toy. You get a pig. You feed it. It grows wings it did not ask for. There is no win condition, no ending, and no way to lose.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, simply do not use the site — nothing is required of you to leave.

2. Your pig lives in your browser

There are no accounts. Your pig is stored in your browser's local storage. This has consequences you should know before paying for anything:

The recovery code exists precisely for this reason. Keep it somewhere safe if the pig matters to you.

3. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are sold through Creem, which acts as merchant of record. That means your payment contract for the transaction is with Creem, they handle tax in your jurisdiction, and their terms apply to the checkout process itself.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds. If something is broken and we cannot fix it, ask and we will refund you — write to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We would rather return the money than argue about it. What we will not refund is a change of mind months later about a $29 purchase you have been using.

If you cancel a subscription, your pig stays. It keeps its wings and its history. It simply loses the paid extras. We do not delete your pig for not paying.

The one-time purchase includes letters your pig writes later — at day 100, day 200, and one year after you start. These arrive automatically on this site when you visit with the same device or restore your purchase; no action is needed. If a promised letter has not appeared within two weeks after its date, write to us and we will make it right.

4. What you may not do

We may block access if someone is doing these things. It is a small site and this is not a threat, just a boundary.

5. The public wall

After seven days of keeping, you may write one short note. It appears on the main page, in public, next to a single letter and the day you wrote it. Nobody approves it before it goes up, so please read this part carefully.

You are publishing it. Once it is up, anyone can read it, screenshot it, and repost it. We cannot take that back. Write it as if a stranger will read it, because one will.

What is not allowed on the wall:

What happens to a note: it is stored on our server until you ask us to remove it, and displayed for one month. Filters remove markup, links, and contact details before storage. Notes mentioning self-harm are never published — instead the person who wrote it gets a private reply. We do not review notes before they appear, but we will remove anything reported that breaks these rules, without notice.

One note per month. No editing after you send it. This is deliberate. The wall is not a feed and not a place to argue.

Do not write about a real person without their consent, including dedications that identify someone who would not want to be identified. If someone asks us to remove a note about them, we will.

6. Your photo

The photo feature runs entirely in your browser. We never receive, see, or store the picture. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you load into it. Do not use pictures of other people without their permission.

7. Availability

We try to keep the site up, but we promise nothing about uptime. The site may change, lose features, or — in the worst case — be shut down. If we ever shut it down, we will say so on the main page at least 30 days in advance, so you can save your drawings.

Because your pig is local, a shutdown does not delete it. Your browser will still have it, wings and all.

8. Intellectual property

The artwork, the writing, and the code are ours. The pig is yours to enjoy, and the drawings you export are yours to keep and share. You may post them anywhere. You may not sell them as a product or use them as a brand asset.

9. Limits of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months — which, for most visitors, is zero.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and we will note what changed. Changes apply from the moment they are posted. They do not retroactively change the deal you already made.
